On the praã§a municipal for excellent cappucino and expresso. also light meals. the only place i know where you can buy cigars in beira. this cafe has closed down in mid-2008; it is now a barclays bank.

on the same Praça has easy chairs, good coffee and pastries.

Close to Praça de Independencia and the golf course
Great to have breakfast or coffee.
